We reserve the right to modify services at any time.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Fees are due as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled.
  • No refunds unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of P&A World Venture and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws
  • Upload false or misleading information
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

P&A World Venture is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Third-party actions
  • Technical interruptions

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P&A World Venture from any claims arising from misuse of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from HOA-Now. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with HOA-Now. HOA-Now reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. HOA-Now also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.


Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from HOA-Now again, just sign up as you did the first time and HOA-Now will start sending messages to you again.

For support regarding our services, email us at service@hoa-now.com or, if supported, text \”HELP\” to our messages at any time and we will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe. If we include a link in messages we send you from HOA-Now, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link.

Transfer of Number

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply \”STOP\” from the original number, unsubscribe using the link included in our messages (if one is provided), or notify us of your old number at service@hoa-now.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrollment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

User Content and License Grant

By submitting, uploading, posting, or otherwise providing any content to HOA-Now, including but not limited to company names, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, descriptions, and other materials (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:

  1. You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize HOA-Now to use such User Content; and
  2. The use of such User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

You hereby grant HOA-Now a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and modify such User Content in connection with the operation, promotion, and marketing of the HOA-Now platform and its services.

HOA-Now does not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant HOA-Now the rights necessary to display and promote your business within the platform.

You acknowledge and agree that HOA-Now may rely on the rights granted herein and is not responsible for verifying the ownership or validity of any User Content submitted by users.

HOA-Now reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any User Content that it believes may violate these Terms or applicable laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOA-Now, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your User Content or your breach of this section.

Vendor Agreement (Logo & Marketing Authorization)

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between P&A World Venture, HOA-Now (“Platform”), and the registering business (“Vendor”).

1. Authorization to Use Logo and Branding

Vendor hereby grants HOA-Now a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Vendor’s name, logo, trademarks, and related branding materials (“Vendor Marks”) for the purpose of:

  • Displaying Vendor listings on the HOA-Now platform
  • Promoting Vendor services to HOA managers, board members, and users
  • Including Vendor in marketing materials, emails, directories, and promotional campaigns

2. Ownership of Marks

Vendor retains all ownership rights in its trademarks and logos. HOA-Now does not claim ownership of Vendor Marks.

3. Vendor Representations

Vendor represents and warrants that:

  • It owns or has full legal rights to use and authorize use of the Vendor Marks
  • The Vendor Marks do not infringe on any third-party rights

4. No Endorsement Guarantee

Vendor acknowledges that inclusion on HOA-Now does not constitute an endorsement by HOA-Now, and HOA-Now does not guarantee leads, contracts, or business outcomes.

5. Indemnification

Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOA-Now from any claims arising out of:

  • Use of Vendor Marks
  • Inaccurate or misleading information provided by the Vendor

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect while Vendor is listed on HOA-Now. Vendor may request removal of its listing and associated materials at any time, and HOA-Now will remove such materials within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

7. Acceptance

By registering, subscribing, or submitting information to HOA-Now, Vendor agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
