Module 1: Goal Alignment and Shared Purpose

Objective: Create a unified sense of direction between personal, organizational, and client objectives.

  • Purpose Mapping” exercise — linking personal values to organizational goals
  • Participants connect their daily responsibilities to organizational goals

Module 2: Client Retention Excellence

Objective: Strengthen client engagement and communication to foster trust and cooperation.

  • Building emotional intelligence into client communication
  • Managing expectations and addressing client needs proactively
  • Education as a retention tool — turning clients into partners
  • Enhancing the client experience through consistent messaging and tone

Activities:

  • Client scenario role-play: “Turning a complaint into collaboration”
  • Communication audit: evaluating tone, frequency, and responsiveness

Outcome: Improved trust, transparency, and long-term client satisfaction.


Module 3: Talent Retention Through Mentoring and Coaching

Objective: Cultivate a culture of growth, accountability, and engagement.

  • Coaching for performance vs. development
  • Fostering loyalty and ownership in managers
  • Emotional intelligence and psychological safety in leadership
  • Building mentoring structures that support career growth

Activities:

  • Coaching simulation: guiding an underperforming employee
  • Coaching a team member through misalignment
  • Peer-mentoring setup: creating an internal accountability partnership

Module 4: Interpersonal Skill Improvement (6-Week Plan)

Objective: Strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, and collaboration.
Structure: Weekly 90-minute sessions

Deliverable: Each participant creates a Retention Leadership Plan outlining how they will apply learned strategies to both client and team relationships.


Module 5: Third-Party Consultant Partnership (Optional Add-On)

Objective: Provide ongoing coaching and support for leaders in real settings.
Duration: Ongoing / customized per organization

  • Consultants attend selected meetings to observe management interactions.
  • Post-meeting debriefs with constructive feedback on communication and decision-making.
  • Tailored improvement plans for managers to enhance confidence and team impact.


Outcome:  Improved leadership cohesion, enhanced professionalism in board interactions, and measurable growth in communication effectiveness.
