Master Workshop: Two-Day Experience
In this comprehensive two-day Master Workshop, participants work to identify their interpersonal skill gaps and create a personalized self-development plan. Through collaboration with an accountability partner, they engage in realistic and challenging scenarios that test and strengthen their abilities. The workshop emphasizes strategies to maintain progress and avoid setbacks. By the end of the second day, participants leave energized and equipped to apply their new skills confidently, even in the face of demanding situations.
